Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@timelesscrafts.ca.

Please include your order number and details about the issue or reason for return. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label. Anything shipped to us without prior approval will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
